The role begins with a comprehensive week-long training session from 8 AM to 5 PM, designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this position. After completing the training, you will transition to the third shift schedule, working from 11 PM to 7 AM.
Key Responsibilities
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary focus will be on providing exceptional financial service support to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with clients through inbound and outbound calls to discuss financial products, services, and arrangements, ensuring that all interactions are professional and informative.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following essential qualifications:
