This fully remote position as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex offers a unique chance to work with a dynamic team, providing financial service support during the overnight hours. After completing a week of comprehensive training from 8 AM to 5 PM, you will transition to our third shift schedule, working from 11 PM to 7 AM. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating consumer loan approvals, managing payment solutions, and addressing client inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellence in customer service and communication, with a proven ability to manage stress and maintain composure in challenging situations. You will also need to have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet applications, as well as a high school diploma or GED. Further education or certification in financial services is a plus, and will be considered an asset in your application.
This role requires sitting and operating a computer for extended periods, with the ability to work in a remote environment and maintain productivity and focus. The position is remote, following a one-week onsite training session during standard business hours, and you will need to have a dedicated workspace that is quiet, private, and free from distractions.
