**Job Summary:**
As an Order Processing and Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling a wide range of pre-sales and post-sales service functions related to domestic and international order processing. You'll interact with customers, internal and external stakeholders, and work closely with our sales and service teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing. **Key Responsibilities:**
• **Customer Service and Order Processing:** Interact with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions related to domestic and/or international order processing.
• **Order Entry and Management:** Process orders for materials for both domestic and/or international requests in accordance with arenaflex policy and practice.
• **Order Coordination and Shipping:** Coordinate and perform activities such as order entry, order acknowledgement, order revision, and preparation of shipping documents.
• **Returns and Exchanges:** Receive customer requests and prepare documents/trouble tickets related to processing returns (RMA), servicing, and exchanges.
• **Database Management:** Update databases with status of returned materials issues and accounts for returns inventory.
• **Reporting and Record-Keeping:** Record and report the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, and delivery schedules.
• **Document Management:** Ensure service information is accessible by sorting and filing documents/forms.
• **Additional Requests:** Handles requests for additional company materials.
• **Returns and Credits:** Maintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes, and product pricing, and resolves return credit problems.
• **Consigned Material Transfer:** Coordinates and performs activities associated with the transfer of consigned material.
• **Order Tracking and Customs Clearance:** Coordinates and performs activities associated with order tracking and customs clearance by working with transportation carriers and brokers.
**Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:**
**Minimum Required Skills and Knowledge:**
• **Customer Support Experience:** Direct customer support experience, including administrative experience.
• **Order Processing Experience:** Order processing experience or an equivalent combination of formal training in logistics, data processing, marketing, international business, finance, and accounting, production control, or related office and business education.
• **Business Tools:** Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• **ERP and Productivity Software:** Experience with HCM (e.g., Workday), SAP, Salesforce equivalent ERP product, and productivity software desired.
• **Typical Education and Experience:** Associate degree or equivalent. 1-3 years of related experience.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
• **Advanced Education:** Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• **Additional Experience:** 3-5 years of related experience.
• **Language Skills:** Proficiency in multiple languages.
• **Certifications:** Relevant certifications, such as Six Sigma or Lean.
