Job Overview

- Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate
- Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately and in a timely manner
- Promote interest in client products and services, providing information and support as needed
- Continually portray and project a positive and professional image, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with care and attention to detail
- Provide administrative support to the customer service team, including assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment. You should have:
