Key Responsibilities
As a Laboratory Services Sales Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Establishing and maintaining working relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to promote our laboratory services
- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities to expand our customer base and increase revenue
- Developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to existing clients
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
- Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure alignment and maximize sales efforts
- Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Providing regular sales reports and updates to management
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in laboratory services or a related field
- Established working relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals
- Experience in PCR Molecular sales and Drug Testing sales
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of specialty physicians and the healthcare industry, including Urologists, Infectious Disease Doctors, Wound Doctors, Gastroenterologists, Podiatrists, Gynecologists, and Pulmonologists (Respiratory doctors)
- A valid driver's license (preferred)
