Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a go-to expert, providing technical support for our free-to-play mobile games across multiple platforms, collaborating with support engineers to manage player tickets and resolve issues efficiently.
• Engage with a global player base, offering technical advice and assistance, and ensuring that players receive timely and effective support.
• Identify, prioritize, and swiftly resolve issues, working closely with diverse departments such as production, QA, design, programming, legal, and marketing to provide seamless solutions.
• Utilize your research skills to develop innovative solutions, enhance our support services, and improve the overall gaming experience for our players.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to users with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Excellent communication skills in German, both verbal and written, with a strong understanding of the language and culture.
• Excellent communication skills in Russian, both verbal and written, with a strong understanding of the language and culture.
• A knack for quickly grasping technical concepts and explaining them to users with different levels of technical expertise.
• Experience playing mobile games is preferred, with a passion for gaming and a strong understanding of the gaming community.
