Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional instruction and tutoring services to students, creating a supportive and encouraging learning environment
- Participate in positive interactions with parents, establishing a high level of confidence and program value
- Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes, using the Mathnasium Method and terminology
- Teach in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery, using individualized instruction in a group setting
- Assess students' progress throughout instructional sessions, working collaboratively with team members to deliver the best possible experience
- Evaluate, grade, and correct student work and homework, providing constructive feedback and guidance
- Support the maintenance of a clean and professional learning environment, ensuring a safe and productive space for students
- Assist with non-teaching/instructional tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of the team
Essential Qualifications
- A passion for math and working with students, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I, with a strong understanding of mathematical principles and concepts
- Ability to balance various ongoing tasks, prioritizing multiple responsibilities and managing time effectively
- Willingness to learn and be trained in the Mathnasium Method, with a commitment to ongoing professional development and growth
