In this critical role, you will be the primary point of contact for our members, medical facilities, transportation providers, and health plans, handling inbound and outbound calls to gather and enter detailed trip information, schedule non-emergency medical transports, and address member inquiries and concerns. Your exceptional communication skills, calm demeanor, and ability to work with diverse populations will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring successful ride completions.
To be successful in this role, you must be fluent in Mandarin (verbal) and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Additionally, you should have at least one year of experience in an inbound call center environment with high call volumes. Your ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment, think critically, and communicate effectively will be essential in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business results.
To be considered for this role, you must be able to pass a criminal background record check and sanctions check, and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. You should also be flexible and able to work varying shifts, including overnights and weekends. If you are working remotely, you will need a well-lit, dedicated, and quiet area with a notebook or desktop computer, high-speed broadband service, and a minimum processing speed of 1.6 GHz and 16 GB usable RAM available.
