Job Overview
As a Manager of Customer Insights on the arenaflex Retail Media Network, you will play a critical role in driving business growth for our clients by developing and implementing data-driven strategies that optimize their media investments. Key Responsibilities
- Creates annual strategic learning plans for businesses supported, ensuring alignment with client objectives and arenaflex goals.
- Leads Quarterly Business Review Process with top clients, providing in-depth analysis and recommendations for media investment optimization.
- Serves as the subject matter expert for media performance reporting, synthesizing disparate data from multiple sources into strategic recommendations for future media investments.
- Develops and codifies best practices in media performance evaluation, data visualization, standardized reporting, and insights, ensuring consistency and quality across the organization.
- Tells data stories that support key deliverables such as sales pitches and case studies, leveraging your expertise in data analysis and presentation to drive business results.
- Oversees omnichannel advertising efforts, aggregating insights from all sources to support client-facing teams and drive business growth.
- Partners with Product and Ad Tech teams to provide input on reporting capabilities based on client feedback, ensuring that our solutions meet the evolving needs of our clients.
- Integrates knowledge across the Customer Insights & Analytics team to bring relevant insights to the arenaflex Retail Media Network, highlighting the state of the arenaflex customer and driving business growth.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, or Applied Quantitative, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in insights and analytics.
- 3-5 years of experience in retail media or general media analytics, with a strong understanding of media performance reporting and data analysis.
