**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Manager, Analytics to support our paid media examination capability. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

* Creating and disseminating custom reports and analyses to support key stakeholders and drive business outcomes

**Responsibilities**
* Support the development and implementation of paid media examination capabilities to drive business growth and inform strategic decisions

**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, computer science)
* 3+ years of experience in analytics or a related field
* Proven track record of developing and implementing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends and insights
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, computer science)
* 5+ years of experience in analytics or a related field
* Experience working with large datasets and complex data systems
* Familiarity with programming languages (e.g. Python, R, SQL)
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
* Certification in analytics or a related field (e.g. Certified Analytics Professional, Certified Data Scientist)
