**Technical Requirements & Skills**

**Compensation & Scheduling**

• Raises to $30–$35/hour after 30 QA-approved shifts
• Shifts available 24/7, with a self-scheduling platform that allows you to choose your own hours
• Minimum 15 hours per week, with opportunities to work more hours as your skills and experience grow
**Training & Onboarding**
• 2-hour online onboarding program, designed to introduce you to our company culture and policies
• Practice chats with simulated customers, allowing you to hone your skills and build confidence in your abilities
• First shift monitored by QA, providing you with feedback and guidance to help you succeed
• Paid work begins within 3–5 days, with ongoing training and support to ensure your continued growth and development
