Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Partner Item Director to join our Automation Development group, focusing on the development and implementation of advanced chat automation capabilities. As a vital member of the team, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers, data scientists, engineers, and business partners, to shape our conversational AI customer servicing products. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the acquisition and integration of continuous product discovery efforts, defining product requirements that create opportunities to enhance the customer experience
- Leverage customer data, conversational analytics, industry insights, and technical expertise to analyze the performance of existing solutions and develop future capabilities
- Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product managers across various value streams to deliver products that balance short-term improvements with long-term investments
