- Feedback Loop: Actively listen for customer feedback and relay relevant information to management to enhance service offerings and address recurring issues.
- Project Management: Manage multiple chat inquiries simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
- Performance Metrics: Strive to meet or exceed performance metrics and goals as set by the management team, including response time, customer satisfaction rates, and issue resolution rates.
Requirements
To be successful as a Live Chat Assistant at blithequark, you will need:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a live chat or online support environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using live chat software and other relevant technologies; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
