Job Summary
We're seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Live Chat Agents. As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform, assisting customers with their inquiries, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. With comprehensive paid training and continuous support, we ensure you're well-prepared to assist our customers effectively.
Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Agent, your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via the live chat system
- Providing accurate information about blithequark services and policies
- Assisting customers in resolving issues and navigating the blithequark website
- Documenting and logging all customer interactions for tracking and reporting purposes
- Escalating complex issues to higher support levels as necessary
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Participating in training sessions and staying updated on new services, policies, and procedures
Requirements
To be successful as a Live Chat Agent, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under 4 hours per day, with flexible scheduling
- Prior customer service experience is preferred
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms

Education and Experience
