Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small group instruction to students, using a range of evidence-based strategies and techniques to enhance literacy and numeracy skills
• Monitor student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and adjusting instruction to meet the unique needs of each student
• Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Literacy, Numeracy, or a related field
• Proven experience working with elementary school students, preferably in a tutoring or support role
• Strong knowledge of literacy and numeracy curricula, as well as SRBI principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents
