**Responsibilities**
As a Licensed Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing friendly and professional assistance with inquiries, policy updates, and claims processing. Your key responsibilities will include:

**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* An active 220 or 440 Insurance License
* Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
* Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
* Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and CRM software
