Key Responsibilities

- Process changes to policies, submit changes to specific companies, and follow up to ensure that change requests have been processed in a timely manner.
- Review policy information, reference company-specific claims procedures, and assist insured individuals in filing claims.
- Mail insured documentation, follow up to ensure timely return, and recognize cross-sell opportunities to obtain quote information.
- Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the arenaflex team.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, combined with 3+ years of increasingly complex customer service experience in an insurance environment.
- A Property and Casualty insurance license, with a Membership license preferred or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of employment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide personalized support and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- A strong knowledge of insurance industry policies and procedures, including Property and Casualty insurance principles and practices.
