Job Overview
We are seeking an educated, self-motivated, and results-driven Inbound Sales Representative to join our remote team. As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound sales calls, providing exceptional customer service, and helping customers find and purchase their desired products. This is a full-time, remote position that offers a competitive hourly rate of $27/hour and a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales calls (approximately 40 calls per day) and provide exceptional customer service to customers
- Utilize our scheduling system to manage your daily schedule, including break times, lunch times, team meetings, and training sessions
- Log in and be ready to start your shift on time, prepared to offer a first-class customer purchasing experience
- Contact product suppliers to gather additional information that may not be available on the arenaflex website
- Follow the assigned Sales Cycle and call flow (including testing questions, accepting the sale, building rapport, and more)
- Upsell or cross-sell products that may not be initially considered by the customer, but will enhance their overall purchasing experience
- Meet and exceed sales targets, as measured by a set of operational metrics
- Participate in engagement activities, sales challenges, and other aspects of our company culture
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a call center/retail/virtual environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think logically in a fast-paced environment
- Superb communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a virtual world, comfortable with technology, and possess strong critical thinking skills
- Proven written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and use software applications required for the job
