We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our Customer Service Department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer complaints and inquiries, and driving customer retention. **Responsibilities**
As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Answering customer calls professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
* Focusing on customer retention and providing customers with the organization's service standards
* Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to high-level management
* Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources
* Following up on complicated customer calls where required
* Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM
* Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries
* Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
* Other duties as assigned by management
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Bilingual a plus
* Some sales and customer service experience
* Excellent communication skills, including verbal with proper grammar
* Excellent computer skills
* Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
* Some experience with MS Excel is a plus
* Ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations
