As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for co-designing and implementing software solutions, communicating with project team members and clients, and identifying risks and issues to prevent potential problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with consultants and senior consultants on various projects, providing support and expertise to ensure successful outcomes
- Attend weekly project meetings, taking detailed meeting notes as needed, and participate in internal debrief meetings to discuss project progress
- Complete delegated project action items, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of results
- Co-design and implement software solutions, utilizing your technical expertise to drive business growth and improvement
- Communicate effectively with project team members and clients, providing updates and support to ensure seamless project execution
- Attend daily team standup meetings to review project status, discuss team workload, and collaborate on complex problems
- Build complex software systems within the Salesforce platform, leveraging your technical skills to deliver innovative solutions
- Identify risks and issues, taking proactive steps to prevent potential problems and ensure project success
- Work with agile and other methodologies, adapting to changing project requirements and priorities
- Help identify and implement process improvements, contributing to the continuous growth and development of our team and services
Estimated Percentage of Time
In this role, you can expect to allocate your time as follows:
- Salesforce build: 70%
- Client interaction (attending meetings in a supporting role): 20%
- Project scoping (supporting consultants in scoping projects): 10%
