**Responsibilities**
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
• **Connecting with customers**: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media
• **Resolving issues**: Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that arise
• **Escalating interactions**: Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
• **Tracking call information**: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
• **Providing feedback**: Provide feedback on call issues
• **Upselling**: Upsell if required
**Qualifications**
We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do. To be considered for this role, you'll need:
• **Ability to work remotely**: Work in a virtual team environment
• **Customer service experience**: 6 months of customer service experience preferred
• **Age**: Be at least 18 years old
• **Typing speed**: Type 25 wpm
• **Education**: High School Graduate or GED
• **Computer skills**: Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
• **Communication skills**: Proven oral and written communication skills
• **Problem-solving skills**: Logical problem-solving skills
• **Organization and work prioritization skills**: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively
**Work from Home Requirements**
To work from home, you'll need:
• **Internet connection**: A minimum subscribed download rate of 25.0 MBPS and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 10.0 MBPS
• **ISP**: An ISP with no packet loss and a ping under 30MS
• **Proof of internet speed**: Proof of internet speed required
• **Clean and quiet workspace**: A clean and quiet workspace
