### Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Government Programs team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat to government program participants. You'll resolve inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You'll also maintain up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex's government programs and services, accurately document customer interactions and follow-up actions in the CRM system, and collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and outcomes.
### Responsibilities
