Job Summary

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for processing billing invoice research, auditing and correcting billing per company guidelines, and distributing billing case reports to interested parties and collections teams. You will also review invoices to identify errors and discrepancies, oversee the preparation of billing adjustments, and perform research as needed. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily audits to complete concerns requests from third-party auditors and customers, as requested by Collections
• Ensure the accuracy of customer records and respond to inquiries from UPSers, third-party auditors, and customers as needed
• Identify, research, and resolve any errors or customer disputes that delay payments and collections efforts
• Review customer contracts or rate charts for new/old pricing and review/comparisons against the system to confirm correct incentives
• Review and compare weekly billing against customer rates and incentives to confirm if CRP rebates are needed to inform Sales
• Process transportation records through key entry with automated macros or manually, depending on the needs
• Resolve multiple types of disputes, including duplicate billing, void requests, additional surcharges, rebills, chargebacks, and more

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A background in accounting and finance, with experience in billing and financial operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Intermediate English language skills, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a similar role, with a focus on billing and financial operations
