Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification required.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex customer issues.
- Proficient in using technology, including computers, phones, and software applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Familiarity with banking products and services.
- Certifications or training in customer service, sales, or a related field.
