Job Summary
As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations and providing exceptional service to our customers. This is a full-time remote position that requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our teams, including data entry, email management, and scheduling
- Assist with customer service tasks, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues
- Develop and maintain accurate records and reports, including data entry and analysis
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve business objectives and improve processes
- Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners
- Work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced remote environment
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a remote environment and manage competing priorities
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional service
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the aviation industry or with a similar company
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with data entry and analysis
- Certifications or training in customer service or administration
