Job Summary
As a Full-Time Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for some of the world's most recognizable brands. You will troubleshoot basic technical issues, build strong relationships with customers, and professionally represent our clients. Key Responsibilities
- Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer information.
- Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade products or services, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Explain and position products and processes with customers, providing clear and concise information to meet their needs.

Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute), with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Basic understanding of Windows operating system, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technology.
- Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting performance targets.
- The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues, with a focus on resolving problems efficiently and effectively.
- An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with team members and customers.
- Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious), with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
