Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chats, providing top-notch service and representing Blithequark's values.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries, providing accurate information about flight schedules, ticket prices, and other services.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a smooth and pleasant travel experience.
- Process ticket changes, cancellations, and refunds, and assist customers with special requests such as wheelchair assistance and dietary requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of Blithequark's policies and procedures, and document customer interactions and update records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving customer complaints and concerns.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with a high level of productivity and efficiency.
- Comfort with using computers and customer service software, with experience in a similar environment preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not mandatory. We provide comprehensive training to all new hires.
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong understanding of remote work best practices.
