Key Responsibilities

- Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring prompt and effective solutions

- Assist with placing orders and processing returns, ensuring seamless transactions
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members
