Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Look up member information using proprietary blithequark systems and provide information to the caller, utilizing your knowledge and skills to resolve issues and answer questions.
- Forward logs requiring further research to the appropriate department, ensuring that all customer issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
- Transfer callers to the appropriate queue if the question is of a more complex issue, such as claims or authorizations, demonstrating your ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Utilize appropriate resources, including those online, to provide timely responses to customer inquiries, staying up-to-date with the latest information and developments in the industry.
- Manage your time effectively to ensure that calls are answered within required timeframes and that follow-up is done in a timely manner, meeting or exceeding minimum key job accountabilities established for the Customer Service Representative position.
- Document all calls appropriately, maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and ensuring that all necessary information is captured and recorded.
- Attend weekly staff and other meetings to discuss issues and foster teamwork among department personnel, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Respond to requests for internal and external customers and/or clients, as required, demonstrating your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Essential Qualifications
