Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and experience:
- Experience in dispatching, preferably in a similar industry such as plumbing, HVAC, or electrical services
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and dispatching software such as ServiceTitan
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to think critically
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, suppliers, and team members
