Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative for blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our valued passengers. You will assist customers with inquiries related to booking, cancellations, and any issues that may arise during their travel experience. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the airline or travel industry; experience in a call center or customer service environment is highly valued.
