As a Client Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling ticketing and registration, managing baggage and cargo, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and courteous service to all internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Handle ticketing and registration, including processing payments, making change, and balancing daily transactions.
• Manage baggage and cargo, including checking in and handling customer inquiries.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management via phone, in-person, and public address systems.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including anomaly and complaint reports.
• Adhere to Blithequark's policies, procedures, and appearance standards.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
• Ability to type and use a computer keyboard with adequate speed to fulfill job requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
• Physical ability to lift and move objects up to 70 pounds, climb, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
• Ability to speak multiple languages.
• Experience working in a team environment.
