Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced full stack sales professional to join our team as a remote financial services representative. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for connecting with new and existing clients, educating them on our products and services, and assisting them in applying for appropriate coverages. This is a commission-only role, with uncapped earning potential and opportunities for 5% contract promotion every one to two months.
Responsibilities
As a remote financial services representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Contacting new and existing clients who have expressed interest in our products and services
- Educating clients on their options and assisting them in applying for appropriate coverages
- Following our proven sales system and process to ensure successful client conversions
- Attending annual conferences and/or regional meetings for personal and professional development
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
- An active life and health insurance license (or be willing to obtain one within 30 days)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-discipline and the ability to manage your time effectively
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
- A strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving your goals
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Previous experience in sales or a related field
- Experience working in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
