Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize consultative skills to anticipate client needs, suggest options, and provide solutions
- Process client orders, provide accurate pricing information, and ensure seamless transaction experiences
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized retail environment, adhering to company standards and regulations
- Operate and maintain various equipment, including printing and binding machines
- Stock materials, manage inventory, and perform other tasks as required
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on product offerings, services, and promotions to effectively communicate with clients
Essential Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
- 6+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Physical demands:
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capacity to lift and move 55 pounds
- Ability to bend and twist at the waist and knees
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment
- Familiarity with printing, signs, and design products and services
- Experience with inventory management and control
- Certifications or training in customer service, sales, or related fields
