**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of conversational AI at arenaflex. You will lead the acquisition and integration of continuous product discovery efforts, define product requirements that drive customer experience improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products that balance short-term gains with long-term investments. Your expertise in product management, customer experience, and technical understanding will enable you to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead the acquisition and integration of continuous product discovery efforts to identify opportunities for improvement and drive business growth
* Define product requirements that drive customer experience improvements, leveraging customer data, conversational analysis, industry trends, and technical expertise
* Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product directors across various value streams to deliver products that balance short-term gains with long-term investments
* Work with the core product team to define customer stories, guide product definition, and establish comprehensive acceptance criteria, identifying and addressing any need for additional research to inform future feature planning
* Lead customer testing and post-launch sustainment analysis of automation, identifying opportunities to improve the experience
* Analyze performance metrics that demonstrate the health of the product and develop clear data-driven product recommendations
* Maintain and refine the product backlog, prioritizing customer stories to meet the needs of the end-user while focusing on business value
* Support the definition and development of the product strategy, guide, release plan, and overall customer experience
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
* Proven track record of success in product management, with a focus on customer experience and technical understanding
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely
* Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, and product directors
