**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack IT Business Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing IT administration of expert services, project management, and support to ensure the operational manageability of the basic infrastructure that supports our airport communication spaces for arenaflex's IT Offices Group. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of server farm technology and basic infrastructure, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide IT administration of all site executions, inventories, infrastructure planning, maintenance, and support for server farm basic framework, IT accreditation labs, and remote communication room basic climate hardware.
* Provide IT support of IT labs to align our client application and design teams with workstations, equipment, and access to test their application.
* Coordinate remotely with professional services responsible for basic framework support and break-fix activities at remote communication rooms.
* Manage, operate, maintain, and monitor all basic infrastructure for server farm and remote communication room gear.
* Develop and implement server farm and remote communication room standards for space, power, cooling, and physical layer IT infrastructure.
* Support IT Offices grounds fiber ring to maintain the reliability and service progression of the Atlanta airport and grounds offices underground fiber ring.
* Suggest and implement departmental policies, procedures, guidelines, and systems.
* Ensure compliance with all governing corporate standards and policies.
* Manage project execution of server farm and remote communication room capital enhancements, upgrades, and improvements.
* Determine IT and basic infrastructure services, ensuring accurate documentation, obtaining best prices for products and services, and ensuring that vendors meet their contractual obligations.
* Oversee the planning, execution, and vendor support of suitable electrical power, A/C, fire suppression, security, floor support, and cabling programs for communication rooms.
* Provide proactive and break-fix support for alarm/ticket remediation related to offices, remote communication rooms, lab, and server farm hardware.
* Ensure functional sustainability of airport basic climate infrastructure.
* Develop Plan Standards for Remote Communication Room Space, UPS, air conditioning, Generators, and Fire Life and Security (FLS) systems.
* Coordinate remotely with airport basic framework support and break-fix activities.
* Audit/Store Maintenance Records. Ensure discrepancies are remediated.
* Provide remote Occurrence Management goal to airport basic gear.
* Provide remote installation, setup, and operational support.
* Maintain strict adherence to change control procedures.
* Balance multiple priorities within established time limitations
* Adaptability to assist an activity with changing movements, extended hours, and readiness to come in case of an emergency requirements.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Consistently focuses on safety and security of self, others, and personal information.
**What You'll Need to Succeed**
* Bachelor's degree or 5 or more years of relevant experience
* IT Project Management experience with at least 2 years within a high availability communication room or potentially server farm operating environment, everyday operational requirements, and the operation of production systems and hardware
* Strong understanding of server farm technology and basic infrastructure
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Ability to balance multiple priorities within established time limitations
* Adaptability to assist an activity with changing movements, extended hours, and readiness to come in case of an emergency requirements
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
