Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Event Marketing Manager to join our North America Field Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading the strategy, planning, and execution of various events, including industry trade shows, national engagement events, and virtual/hybrid events. Your primary goal will be to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and client engagement, supporting our North America sales teams through effective management of event budgets, logistics, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive event marketing strategies that align with corporate goals and objectives.
• Manage end-to-end event planning and execution, including logistics, production, and execution.
• Ensure all events are executed within budget and on time, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Partner with field marketing to analyze post-event results and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Leverage social media to promote events and engage with attendees.
• Provide support for attendees, including travel and communication.
• Stay informed of event trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our event marketing strategies.

Essential Qualifications

• 7+ years of event marketing experience in B2B services/technology.
• Experience with corporate-level event management, including logistics, production, and execution.
• Marketing or related degree preferred.
• Strong strategic and proactive mindset in managing events across time zones.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to maintain relationships with various stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven project management skills with on-time delivery under budget.
• Experience in managing events across different regions.
• High proficiency with software applications, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and event management tools (e.g., ON24, Cvent, Eventbrite).

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
