**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to join our team and drive our scientific upheaval in the Ability Obtaining (TA) space. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing data pipelines, analyzing complex datasets, and creating data-driven solutions to tackle business challenges. Your expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and data visualization will enable you to drive business growth and improve decision-making.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with experts, software developers, and business leaders to define business processes and provide data-driven insights
* Develop code to analyze complex datasets and design, create, and evaluate data transformations to address specific business issues
* Design and develop adaptable, efficient, and automated data pipelines to support client-facing reporting
* Automate TA processes to streamline business activities
* Present findings and recommendations to business clients and leaders through verbal or written reports
**Essential Capabilities**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, business analytics, economics, finance, engineering, or software engineering
* 3+ years of experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), programming languages (e.g., Python), or statistical/numerical programming (e.g., R, SAS, Matlab)
* 3+ years of experience with AI/factual modeling data analysis tools and procedures, and factors that influence their performance
* Experience applying theoretical models in an applied context
**Preferred Capabilities**
* Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, business analytics, economics, finance, engineering, or software engineering
* Experience in a ML or data scientist role with a large technology organization
**Skills and Competencies**
* Strong understanding of data analysis, machine learning, and data visualization techniques
* Experience with data querying languages, programming languages, and statistical/numerical programming
* Familiarity with AI/factual modeling data analysis tools and procedures
