Job Summary
As a Data Scientist at blithequark, you will be responsible for directing refined data analysis to address critical business questions. You will mine raw datasets to deliver normalized, analysis-ready patient companions from in-house data resources or licensed platforms, analyze and interpret results, and help shape investigation methodology. Your primary focus will be on producing high-quality, comprehensive, and promptly interpretable outputs from RWE reviews and investigations.
Key Responsibilities
- Mine crude informational indexes to convey normalized, examination prepared patient companions from in-house information resources or authorized stages.
- Analyze and interpret results, and help shape investigation methodology.
- Accomplices with different individuals from the blithequark Clinical Preliminary colleagues to convey noteworthy experiences from genuine world, clinical and different information sources.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., statistics, biostatistics, computer science, mathematics, systems engineering, biomedical engineering).
- Experience in planning and executing robust and reproducible statistical analyses in the context of epidemiology and observational research with healthcare data.
- Knowledge of common statistical testing methods, including generalized linear models, clustering and separation, decision trees, unsupervised learning, time series investigation, and survival analysis.
- Experience handling large data from various data sources.
- Experience handling safeguarded patient health information.
- Knowledge of at least one of the following: Scene, Power Bi, Alteryx, Spotfire, or other BI insight tools.
Preferred Qualifications
The following qualifications are preferred:
- PhD or graduate degree in statistics/biostatistics, computer science, mathematics, systems engineering, biomedical engineering, or a related field.
- Expertise in EMR/Health IT, disease registries, and insurance claims databases.
- Proficiency in clinical data standards, clinical phrasings, and controlled vocabularies used in healthcare data and ontologies (ICD9/10/ReadCode).
- Experience in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory compliance rules for real-world evidence examinations or clinical trials (e.g., ISO, MDD/MDR, CFR).
- Experience working with alternative data sources and alternative methods for clinical data collection, particularly those enabled by technology platforms and solutions.
- Experience with experimental design, Bayesian modeling, sequential data, computational statistics.
- Comprehension of statistics and AI techniques, ability to proceed with self-learning of technical and non-technical skills.
