Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at Blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Accurately inputting and updating data into databases and systems, ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Verifying and reviewing data for discrepancies or errors, and taking corrective action as needed.

- Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure data accuracy and integrity, and to identify areas for process improvement.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Previous data entry experience is a plus, but not required; however, you must be able to demonstrate your ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with data management tools and software is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
