The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for performing daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer tasks for Alternate Investments. The key deliverables of this role include processing trade deal purchases in customer profiles, identifying and addressing breaks recognized between blithequark and fund companies or transfer agents. Additionally, this position will be responsible for processing Corporate Activity Activities, settling and reconciling transactions, and processing and reconciling returns activity. The specialist may also be trusted to execute analysis of complex and escalated issues, perform testing and validation of new technology enhancements, as well as provider changes.
The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for reviewing subscription deals or transfer requests, client/advisor amount exceptions, regulatory commitments, and reconciling business, dividend, and transactions breaks. The specialist will also be required to review and analyze correct tax coding and corrections of tax coding issues.

The candidate should have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
