**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced and skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our team in India. As a key member of our Corporate Extortion Prevention team, you'll be responsible for conducting complex investigations, analyzing data, and identifying patterns of fraudulent activities. Your expertise will help us prevent and detect wrong payments to merchants worldwide, ensuring the integrity of our financial transactions and protecting our customers' trust.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Conduct thorough investigations into merchant and exchange accuracy (VITA) development in Corporate Extortion locations
* Analyze data, identify patterns, and develop models to prevent and detect fraudulent activities
* Collaborate with global teams, including U.S., Costa Rica, and Slovakia, to drive efficiency and achieve goals
* Lead start-to-finish examinations, develop new programs, and foster frameworks to identify and prevent extortion
* Drive efficiencies across groups that support examinations, creating professional cycles and answering to meet objectives
* Recognize new extortion plans and MOs to develop models and frameworks that identify and prevent extortion
* Practice judgment and bias for an action to raise occurrences of extortion in a highly controlled environment
* Exhibit effective writing through clear, concise, and compelling narrative creation that reports complex extortion examinations, new program ideas, and intermittent senior management updates
* Understand and follow arenaflex's policies and procedures on receipt processing and exchange handling for Corporate seller's highest levels of controllership
**Essential Capabilities**
* Four-year degree in a relevant field, such as Fraud Criminology, Accounting, Software Engineering, Business, Math, Knowledge, Money, Legal Equity, or Policing
* 6+ years of experience in fraud examination or related fields
* 5+ years of experience leading start-to-finish examinations
* Experience with coding in SQL
* Strong legal information analysis skills with experience exploring large datasets
* Strong leadership and analytical skills with the ability to work across geographies to meet the team's goals
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex issues
**Preferred Capabilities**
* Professional certification (CPA, CIA, PMP, CFE)
* Capability in criminological data analysis, data modeling, or potentially data mining methods to identify patterns of extortion
* Experience working in a high-paced environment with a high level of uncertainty
* Direct management of remote or globally distributed teams
* Work experience in public accounting, internal audit, or external audit, and SOX compliance practice
* Outstanding leadership and prioritization skills with the ability to simultaneously handle multiple tasks
* Experience conducting meetings with witnesses and people of interest
