Job Overview

As a full-time data entry and technical support specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing specialized help for network framework and inward work area frameworks programming and equipment. Your primary responsibilities will include entering, updating, and verifying data accurately, as well as introducing, arranging, and investigating work area frameworks, workstations, servers, and organization issues. You will also be responsible for maintaining passwords, information honesty, and record framework security, and providing technical support to PC framework clients and answering questions or resolving PC issues for clients face-to-face, via phone, or from a distant area.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and verify data accurately in various systems and databases
• Provide technical support to PC framework clients and answer questions or resolve PC issues for clients face-to-face, via phone, or from a distant area
• Maintain passwords, information honesty, and record framework security to ensure the integrity of blithequark's systems and data
• Introduce, arrange, and investigate work area frameworks, workstations, servers, and organization issues to ensure seamless operations
• Conduct site visits inside the region to investigate issues or install/update hardware and software as needed
• Conduct follow-up calls to clients to verify issues were resolved totally and ensure customer satisfaction
• Complete service orders to avoid operational delays in settling issues and maintain high levels of productivity

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate deeply technical data to both technical and non-technical clients
• Knowledge of Microsoft Working Frameworks (client/server)
• Experience with Cisco VPN, Citrix, Ghost, Symantec, Remote Desktop Applications, Active Directory, and different Internet browsers (preferred)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
