**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Engineer to join our Data Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting cloud-based data pipelines that drive business value through data-driven insights. You'll work closely with our data scientists, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design, develop, and support cloud-based data pipelines using a range of technologies, including SQL, Python, Docker, and GitLab
* Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs
* Develop and maintain automated workflows and data pipelines using ETL/ELT tools and technologies
* Design and implement data warehouses and data marts using cloud-based platforms, such as Snowflake and Databricks
* Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports using a range of tools and technologies, including Tableau and Power BI
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues with data pipelines and workflows, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall system performance
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering and cloud computing, and apply this knowledge to improve our data pipelines and workflows
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
* 2+ years of experience in ELT/ETL data pipeline development and support
* Strong experience with Python and SQL, with a focus on cloud-based platforms, such as Snowflake and Databricks
* Experience with Docker and GitLab, with a focus on code organization and development
* Experience with creating and maintaining automated workflows and data pipelines using ETL/ELT tools and technologies
* Strong understanding of data warehousing and data mart design, with a focus on cloud-based platforms
* Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, such as Tableau and Power BI
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working with huge datasets and large data platforms, ideally cloud-based, such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar
* Proficiency in cloud design and product contributions, ideally AWS
* Experience overseeing and delivering code using a source control item like GitLab/GitHub
* Experience using Docker and containerization
