**About the Role**
As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions. You'll work closely with our operations and leadership teams to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes. Your expertise will be critical in helping us optimize our virtual and contact channels to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Conduct forecasting, ad-hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business decisions
* Analyze agent performance, proactively identify areas for improvement, and develop data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes
* Build and maintain reports and dashboards to inform business decisions and drive results
* Present and communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes
* Stay up-to-date with the latest data science trends and technologies, and share knowledge and best practices with the team
**Required Qualifications & Skills**
* 2+ years of quantitative experience in forecasting and analytics
* Experience with time-series forecasting techniques and modeling using machine learning or deep learning techniques
* Proficient in Python and SQL
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply
* Effective verbal, written, and visual communication skills
* Desire to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Solid experience in statistical inference and applying statistical rigor to analyses
* Knowledge of data visualization best practices and experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
* Excellent SQL skills
* Graduate degree and/or 4+ years of experience in analytics or data science
**Education**
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent

The base pay provided will be commensurate with internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-associated knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
