What You'll Do
As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Interacting with veterinary facilities: Connect with veterinary facilities to arrange prescription endorsements, resolve client issues, and clarify order requests.
- Data entry and issue resolution: Complete data entry of solutions into our healthcare software, investigate and resolve issues to determine suitable answers for clients and center partners.
- Maintaining high-quality standards: Keep an elevated level of quality through data entry and order processing of veterinary pharmacy orders.
- Providing exceptional customer care: Work with empathy, active listening, patience, compassion, and thoughtfulness to clients and partners alike.
- Communicating effectively: Communicate with veterinary facilities via telephone (and occasionally other channels) on various subjects, utilizing our internal program and systems to navigate solutions and record center note accounts.
