**Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Live Chat Agent, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through various channels. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Handling customer queries on web chat, email, and social media in a polite, professional, and timely manner
* Educating current and potential customers about our products and services, and providing them with the information they need to make informed decisions
* Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring that all interactions are documented and up-to-date
* Identifying and escalating priority issues to the Team Leader and Operations Team in a timely and effective manner
* Actively participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of new ideas and solutions
**Key Performance Indicators**
To ensure that you're meeting the high standards of customer support, you'll be measured against the following key performance indicators:
* Handle all queries in a polite, professional, and timely manner
* Probe and troubleshoot customer queries, and provide a suitable and satisfactory solution
* Educate customers on services and processes, and ensure that they have a clear understanding of our products and services
* Escalate any issues to the Team Leader in a timely and effective manner
* Achieve agreed-upon KPIs and Objectives
* Adhere strictly to shift schedules and work collaboratively with the team
* Adhere to laid-down internal policies, procedures, and processes
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* A Bachelor's degree from any stream (for freshers)
* Minimum HSC with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
* Passion for customer care and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Good typing skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Fluency in written and spoken English
* Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision
* Fast learner with the ability to work with set targets and meet deadlines
* Time flexibility and ability to work in a rotational shift system, including public holidays and weekends
