**About the Role:**
As an arenaflex Sr. Customer Solutions Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team that engages directly with customers and shepherds them on their transformation journey, accelerating value realization. This highly visible role requires guiding arenaflex customers along their cloud journey, ensuring that all arenaflex teams are working together effectively and efficiently to deliver outcomes for the customer.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Demonstrate Excellent Customer Engagement Skills:** Engage with customers at all levels, including C-Suite executives, to understand their unique challenges and develop tailored solutions.
- **Maintain In-Depth Knowledge of Cloud Computing:** Stay up-to-date with existing and developing technologies related to cloud computing to unlock opportunities for customers.
- **Accelerate Customer Adoption:** Educate and engage customers to accelerate their adoption of arenaflex cloud services, identifying use cases for priority adoption and best practice implementations.
- **Develop Long-Term Strategic Relationships:** Foster strong relationships with key accounts, working closely with customers to understand their needs and develop strategic plans to meet those needs.
- **Manage Time Effectively:** Meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the sales and marketing team to deliver exceptional results.

**Requirements:**
- **7 Years of Experience:** Leading complex, large-scale technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion.
- **4 Years of Experience in a Customer-Facing Role:** Engaging with senior customer executives, technologists, and/or partners to solve complex business problems with advanced technologies.
- **Ability to Travel:** Up to 25% as needed.
- **Direct Experience Implementing Cloud Services:** Preferably on arenaflex, with knowledge of arenaflex Services and Solutions.
- **Experience at a Start-Up or Digital Native Company:** A plus, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by these types of businesses.
- **Product Lifecycle or Product Management Experience:** A plus, with a strong understanding of the product development process and the ability to coordinate between service teams and customers to meet unique customer opportunities.
- **Problem-Solving and Disruptive Innovation:** A history of developing technology programs and working across customer organizations to solve complex problems and drive innovation.
**What We Offer:**
- **Competitive Salary:** Our base pay for this position ranges from $138,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,000/year in our highest geographic market.
