About the Role: Overnight Customer Service Representative
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in assisting clients with their healthcare questions and concerns. You'll be the face of our company, providing courteous and professional support to those who need it most. If you're a self-motivated, team-oriented individual with a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct every transaction with a customer-focused, courteous approach to ensure first-call resolution and achieve quality scores while maintaining production standards.
- Utilize client systems, soft phone systems, and customer relationship management software to efficiently manage client interactions.
- Document activity into VA systems and maintain a working knowledge of applicable VA regulations as they relate to 72-hour notification requirements.
- Maintain access to all client systems, as assigned, and act as an effective team member.
- Other duties as assigned, with a focus on continuous improvement and exceptional client service.
Requirements and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Preferred 1-2 years of experience in customer service, with a focus on healthcare or a related field.
- General office skills and knowledge of standard office equipment.
- Working knowledge of software such as Excel and Word.
- Data entry and 10-key experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
- Personal traits of high-level commitment, motivation, energy, team orientation, professionalism, trust, personal honesty, and integrity, with a demonstration of placing others in a place of high value.
