**Job Summary**

You'll also be responsible for managing medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence, as well as ensuring the facility is neat and clean at all times.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms
* Schedule and confirm appointments
* Present and explain fees, and process payments
* Answer questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care
* Manage medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence
* Ensure the facility is neat and clean at all times, both inside and outside

**Essential Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
